Cancel Order

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. At Finch & Foster, we strive to make the process as smooth as possible.

How to Cancel Your Order:

1. Visit Your Orders section on our website.

2. Select the order you want to cancel.

3. Click on Cancel Order and confirm your request.

Important Notes:

• Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. You can initiate a return after delivery instead.

• Refunds for canceled orders will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
