At Finch & Foster, we value quality and customer satisfaction. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • The return request must be raised within the specified return window

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or incorrect washing

  • Products returned without original tags or packaging

  • Requests raised after the return period

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable

You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges only, subject to product availability.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Only one exchange request is allowed per order

If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be initiated as per our policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@finchandfoster.com with clear images of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Finch & Foster is not responsible for lost return shipments
